October 29, 2009 (Harrison NJ) Harrison Police
arrested Felix Garcia, 30, in Harrison for murder. Garcia allegedly shot
and killed a roomate in Worcester Massachusetts on Sunday after having an
argument over a soccer game. Alcohol may have been a factor in the
murder.
According to a news report, Worcester
Massachusetts Police Department called the Harrison Police Department and
alerted them that Garcia may be in town visiting relatives. The Harrison
SWAT team mobilized and waited for Garcia to leave his relatives house and
arrested him without incident.
Garcia is being held without bail and is fighting
extradition to Massachusetts according to the Hudson County Prosecutor's
Office.
